The Power Of Healthy Foods For The Body

By Mark Keeler

I find it quite funny when friends and co-workers poke fun at the healthy foods that I eat.  I tend to eat foods that are wrapped in their natural package.   For example, I eat lots of bananas, apples, mangoes, carrots, beans, celery, and other raw foods.  I eat whole grain oats for breakfast.  I drink raw cow and goat milk.  I make my own yogurt and fermented milk.  My wife makes fermented vegetables.

The power of these healthy foods give me life sustaining energy.  I can run for 6 hours with just a few water bottles to rehydrate myself because the living foods that I eat store up energy in my body to sustain me for hours.

The fermented foods adds pro-biotic cultures to our digestive tract that we need for complete nutrition absorption and waste elimination.  The fibers from whole grain foods act like a broom to keep my inside clean and the plumbing free flow.

I enjoy eating a nice fresh salad from greens that I grow in my small garden or purchase fresh from the farmers market.

Did you know that that when grains are processed and refined, the bi products such as bran and vitamins are sold back to the public?  How many of us including me have been stupid enough to purchase extra fiber?

Follow these simple steps to eat your way into perfect health:

  • Eat whole grain organic foods
  • Drink raw milk.
  • Eat lots of raw leafy green vegetables.
  • Eat several small portions of food through out the day to avoid over eating.
  • Eat foods that you enjoy.

Eating healthy should be easy and a pleasure.
