I am amazed at all the free help that is available within the social networking community.  Often, I find people offer help as a courtesy and introduction to themselves.  Recently I started following a young blog writer in India.  He said “If you need help with anything just ask.”

My wife and I started blogging in October of 2008.  Both of us now have several blogs running thanks to the help  of dozens of people in Facebook and Twitter.  It’s been a lot of fun and a huge learning curve.

Most of the big players in social networking such as Joel Comm, Dave Evans, Mike Dillard, and Perry Belcher became big names because they offer so much help and information for FREE.

Follow the leaders to your own path of success.

Follow The Leader

Posted by: Mark Keeler | Comments (0)

Have you ever wondered how some people really have it together and some don’t?  Guess what the secret is?  It’s only one word.  Ready?  N-O-T-H-I-N-G.  There is no secret.  Some people just do things better than others.

In my life, whenever I have wanted to something better, I find a or the leader in the industry and follow him.  If you want to become a leader become a better follower and eventually people will follow you.

Sounds simple.  It is.  We were all babies and most of us have grown up.  We can all learn to become leaders.  Success is never an accident.  It’s planned.

Find a leader and follow the leader.

Getting it Right for 2009

Posted by: Mark Keeler | Comments (1)

Who says that one has to get it right the first time? Not me. Just about everything that I have done in life, I had to do over and over again to get it right. It seems like the only things that turned out perfect are those things that were spur of the moment.   This could be something as silly as taking that perfect picture of your child eating chocolate ice cream as drips all over her face or bringing  flowers to your wife without her reminding or hinting at you to to do so.

Building your business is not spur of the moment. It takes careful planning and execution.  You may get lucky and have “moments”  but don’t count on it.   It’s January 2, 2009. You have 363 days remaining to get things right.

Go for it!
