The Power Of Healthy Foods For The Body
Posted by: | CommentsI find it quite funny when friends and co-workers poke fun at the healthy foods that I eat. I tend to eat foods that are wrapped in their natural package. For example, I eat lots of bananas, apples, mangoes, carrots, beans, celery, and other raw foods. I eat whole grain oats for breakfast. I drink raw cow and goat milk.
